This site was created for the purpose to expand the
Ministry of the church. With the collective efforts of the minister's in the church, other than brother steve.Paul Hulsey is the Youth pastor, who believes in teaching truth from Gods word.He is currently attending New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary at the extension in Huntsville Alabama.Brother Paul also teaches and preaches at Lawrence St,Assissted living facility in Russellville Alabama,Restoration Ranch,Pilgrim House,Wellington Assisted Living,Sun Bridge Assisted andBrentwood Retirement Home.
Another minister at FBCL is Terry Hutchins, who was called to the ministry of those incoserated. Brother Terry goes on a regular schedule to preach and teach at the Franklin County Jail. So far he has seen many inmates come to know Christ.

This is just a sample of what God is doing in our church, the church has witnessed over 100 baptisms since the year 2000.Attendance has grown over 600% in the past year,Feb 2000 to Feb 2003.Sunday School has gone from 22 toan average 150 on sundays, with almost as many on wendsdays. The church has learned that there are many parts to the body, and each one has to have the other to work properly. This site was an inspiration from God,to do what ever it takes to spread the HOLY word of God.

How to Grow in Grace
All believers are commanded to "grow in grace and in the knowedge of our Lord and Savior,Jesus Christ" (2Peter3:18).The important questio is ;How does one grow in grace? Notice the bible says to grow in,not into grace, which is a command from God.The word "Grace"means gift, and it's this gift of salvation
which is Christ we must grow in.When one becomes a
christian then a process begins and here are five
ways that are essential to Christian Growth.

1.Daily Bible Study:"Study to show thyself approved unto God,a workman needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of Truth"(2 Timothy 2:15).

2.Daily Fervent Prayer:"Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance for all saint's"
(Ephesians 6: 18).
3.Daily Personal Witnessing:"And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach
and preach Jesus Christ"(Acts 5:42).
4.Regular Church Attendance:"I was glad when they said unto m,Lets go into the house of the Lord
(psalms 122:1)."Not foresaking the assembling of ourselves together,as the manner of some is; but exhorting one another;and so much the more,as
ye see the day approaching"(Ephesians 5:25).
5.Regular Purposeful Giving:"Give and it shall be given unto you"(Luke 6:38)."It is more blessed to give than to receive"(Acts 20:35).

If these five things are allowed to become a vital part of your Christian life, then certainly you will "be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus"
(2 Timothy 2:1).
